How delivery works

Four short steps from subscription to first chart.

NovaQuant is delivered manually after we verify each payment, so your license + activation pair is bound to your specific machine on issue. Send the email below; we reply with the app and your codes — typically within a few hours.

  1. Click Email activation request Your default mail app opens with a pre-filled message addressed to novaquantlabs@gmail.com. Fill in Purchase Email, Full Name, Payment Method (Stripe or PayPal), and any Transaction Notes that help us match your charge.
  2. We verify your payment We match your purchase email and transaction details against your Stripe or PayPal record. This is the manual step — usually a few hours during normal hours, sometimes longer overnight or on weekends.
  3. We email NovaQuant + your license You receive an email with the Windows NovaQuant.exe, your NQL4 license, and the install + first-run guide. Save the .exe somewhere stable like Desktop or a folder under Documents, then open it.
  4. Reply with your machine code, get your activation code On first launch NovaQuant shows a 16-character machine code. Reply to the delivery email with that code; we send back your NQA1 activation code. Paste both codes into NovaQuant's activation dialog and you're in.
Tip — Machine Code can stay blank for now The pre-filled email has a Machine Code line. Leave it blank in this first message — you don't have it yet. Once we send the .exe and you launch NovaQuant, copy the 16-character machine code from the activation dialog and reply with it. We'll send back your activation pair right away.
If you paid with PayPal

One extra detail for PayPal subscribers.

PayPal's hosted checkout doesn't always redirect you back to this page after payment. That's expected — bookmark this page or come back here directly to send your activation request. The flow is otherwise identical to Stripe.

What to put in your email

  • Set Payment Method to PayPal.
  • Use the email tied to your PayPal account in Purchase Email.
  • Paste any PayPal transaction ID or receipt detail under Transaction Notes — that helps us match the charge faster.

How long until you hear back?

  • Typical turnaround during normal hours is a few hours.
  • Overnight and weekend requests can take longer.
  • If a full business day passes with nothing, send a follow-up — same email button works.
About access & licensing

How your subscription unlocks the app.

NovaQuant ties access to a license + activation pair issued to your machine. Your monthly subscription keeps that pair valid; canceling lets it expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

What this means in practice

  • Your license is bound to the machine you activate on.
  • NovaQuant re-verifies access in the background while running.
  • Updates are delivered as new .exe versions while you're subscribed.
  • Canceling stops billing but keeps access through the current cycle.
  • If you change machines, email support — we'll re-issue your activation pair.

Manage your subscription

  • Paid with Stripe? The Stripe receipt email contains a self-service portal link — use it to update card details, change billing email, or cancel.
  • Paid with PayPal? Open your PayPal automatic payments dashboard to update or cancel the recurring payment.
  • Lost the receipt? Search your inbox for "NovaQuant", "Stripe receipt", or "PayPal".
  • If anything looks off, email novaquantlabs@gmail.com with a screenshot.
