Activation & license
- Need your activation pair after subscribing? Use Email activation request; we usually reply within a few hours.
- Switching machines? Email us your new machine code — we'll re-issue your
NQA1activation code for the new machine. - Lost your activation email? Reply to your Stripe / PayPal receipt or send a fresh request from this page.
Billing & cancellation
- Paid with Stripe? Open the self-service portal link inside any Stripe receipt email to update card details, change billing email, or cancel.
- Paid with PayPal? Open your PayPal automatic payments dashboard and cancel the recurring payment.
- Stuck? Email us and we'll cancel from our side — usually within one business day. See Refunds & cancellation for the full policy.
Install & first run
- The full install + first-run guide arrives by email along with the
.exeand your license — no separate download or login required. - Windows showing an "unverified publisher" warning the first time you run the file is normal — click More info > Run anyway only after confirming you received the file directly from us by email.
