How NovaQuant reaches you after you subscribe.

NovaQuant is a Windows desktop application delivered manually after we verify each payment. Pay with Stripe or PayPal, send a short activation email from the post-purchase page, and we reply with the .exe, your NQL4 license, your NQA1 activation code, and the install + first-run guide — typically within a few hours. There is no public download URL; the desktop license pair is the real access control.

How delivery works

Four short steps from subscription to first chart.

We don't expose a public download. Every subscription is verified by hand and the package is emailed directly to you. Here's the entire flow.

  1. Subscribe with Stripe or PayPal Pick whichever you prefer. Both are $24.99 / month, cancel anytime. Stripe takes you straight to the post-purchase page; PayPal customers return to the post-purchase page on their own.
  2. Click Email activation request On the post-purchase page, the primary button opens your default mail app with a pre-filled message addressed to novaquantlabs@gmail.com. Fill in the bracketed fields and send.
  3. We verify your payment and reply We match your purchase email and transaction details against your Stripe or PayPal record. You receive an email with the Windows .exe, your NQL4 license, and the install + first-run guide — typically within a few hours.
  4. Send your machine code; we send the activation pair On first launch NovaQuant shows a 16-character machine code. Reply with that code; we send back your NQA1 activation code. Paste both into the activation dialog and you're charting.

Why manual fulfillment? NovaQuant ties access to a license + activation pair issued for your specific machine. We verify each payment and issue that pair by hand so the binding is correct on day one — a more careful start than any auto-download could give you.
